Position Overview
The Lead Hand is considered the first level of supervision. This position reports to a Foreman and is responsible for monitoring the work of a small crew. As well will be responsible for performing complex tasks and represent Alstar when interacting with clients

Responsibilities
- Training, Directing and Supervision of Employees
- Daily Quality Assurance
- Pre-Job Hazard Assessments
- Client Representative, as required
- Daily Reports
- Review Time Sheets
- Perform functions within Labourer II Job Description
- Other duties, as assigned
Skills/Experience Required
- Minimum Six (6) months Labourer II Experience
- Excellent Verbal and Listening Skills
- Well Organized
- Knowledge of Workplace Safety Procedures
- Standard First Aid
- Minimum Grade 12 or Equivalent GED
- H2S Alive (Enform)
- Valid Driver's License

COMPENSATION

COMMENTS
Candidates will be subject to a 3 month probationary period
Upon successful completion of the probationary period, candidates will be required to relocate to an assigned office location
