MODULAR ASSEMBLY EXPERIENCE AN ASSET
RESPONSIBILITIES
- General Shop / Yard Clean Up
- Local and Out of Town Deliveries
- Provide Manual Labour Assistance on Various Tasks and Assignments
- Operate Basic Hand Tools such as Shovels, Rakes, Brooms, etc
- Ensure All Safety Procedures are Followed
- Operate Picker Truck, Bobcat, Load / Secure and pull trailer
- Operate Power Tools
- Assist Welders
- Set Up Hydro Testing
- Conduct Tailgate Meetings
- Complete Safety Reports
- Other Duties As Assigned
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum six (6) months general labourer experience
- Minimum three (3) months pipeline labourer experience
- Effective Verbal and Listening Skills
- Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Safe Lifting / Handling Procedures
EDUCATION
- Standard First Aid
- Minimum Grade 12 or Equivalent GED
- H2S Alive (Enform)
- Valid Driver's License
COMPENSATION
- The competitive compensation package offered by Alstar will be based on experience and education
COMMENTS
- Candidates will be subject to a three (3) month probationary period
- Upon successful completion of the probationary period, candidates will be required to relocate to an assigned office location
